Showers

The modern shower is now available in many shapes and sizes; however the first decision to be made is whether your shower should be electric or part of your mains hot water system.

The electric shower

There are many electric showers offering an economical solution to both installing and using a shower. The unit itself can be wall mounted or concealed available in a number of power ratings, the higher the power output the more powerful the shower is. Electric showers heat up the water on demand so you only ever use the hot water required. The unit itself is connected directly to the mains power supply and only requires a cold water feed.

The advantages are that they are easy to install, don’t rely on the central heating system and are economical the downside is that they are not as aesthetically pleasing as mains showers or as powerful.

Mains fed showers

Showers that rely on hot water from your home central heating system tend to be more powerful than the electric shower and for those requiring a power shower a pump can be added to give a very powerful shower.

The choice of shower is almost unlimited with units to meet the requirements of virtually any situation.

The pictures of the showers are currently being uploaded.  Thank you for your patience.
