I have to be honest and say that when we were looking at the scrappage scheme for boiler replacement I didn't know who to choose. The Google search that brought up DHS reminded me that they had been a company I remmebered for may years. A landmark on the Gloucester Rd/Stokes Croft in Bristol. I sent a request via the webpage, I got a response and a visit within 2 hours and the quote arrived by email later in the afternoon and by post the following morning! We decided to go ahead. The installation was perfect - Ben was polite, helpful and totally professional. It is always a little stressful to have people working in your home - it seems to me that DHS will try to ensure that you look back on the experience and feel pleased you chose them. great service at short notice to fix our blown-up boiler. the only people open on a saturday and fixed in 3h despite it being in the cold snap of -5... polite and helpful on the phone and craig the engineer was helpful, speedy and straightforwards. thank you very much and take this as a very high recommendation Posted on 17.03.10 at 17:18 by Add Author
